1. We accept returns that has been notified to us within 7 days of receiving the item(s), on the condition that the product is damaged or has defects. Do email us a photo of the defect(s) within 7 days and we will get back to you. Our team must first receive and approve your returns request.
2. If your item is returnable, please ensure it reaches us within 7 days. All returns MUST be in original packaging.
3. Credits will be given after we receive the products. We will do our best to process all returns as soon as we can.
4. If you believe that you have received an item by mistake, please email us and we will resolve your issue for you as soon as possible.
5. We will process exchanges of products by providing credits to purchase something else on DESIGNation.

Shipping of Return Products
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 18, Jalan USJ 3/1B, Subang Jaya, Selangor, 47600, Malaysia.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item(s). Return shipping costs for any exchange or replacement are not covered. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
